Notes:
- Without sufficient proof, no action will be taken against the reported player.

- You may still report a player without proof; we will watch reported players more closely if they are suspected of rule-breaking.

- Witnesses do not count as proof, unless the witness is a staff member. The reason for this is so that players do not make a false report and ask their friends to "witness" it in order to have another player punished.

- Please be sure that the player you reporting is actually breaking the Forum Rules or Server Rules.
